Hi! I’m Kevin.

Based in London, Ontario…. or wherever my camera will take me. With over 6 years of experience behind the lens, I fell in love with photography, and capturing special moments for people. I specialize in portrait photography, but I have experience in other areas such as event photography, real estate photography, food photography, wedding photography, and concert photography.

 FAQs

  • My turnaround is typically 15-20 business days. This does depend on demand, but if I think it will be longer I’ll always communicate this.

  • Unfortunately this is not a service I offer for standard portrait photoshoots. This service is only offered to my wedding clients, and is offered at an additional cost. Additionally, as part of my policy, I ask that clients do not edit and/or retouch any of the photos I send (edited and/or unedited photos).

This is not to be mean, or pretentious, but there is a lot of work that goes into photo editing. If/when these photos are shared, it is my brand that is represented. I do offer up to 3 free revisions with all of my services, so if there is something you don’t love about one of your photos, please reach out to me!

  • There are so many good spots in and around London, and I definitely have some favourites! I am always open to suggestions though, and if you have a location in mind please let me know. I currently do not have my own studio, however, if you would like photos in a studio setting please let me know and I’ll provide an estimate.

  • This entirely depends on the type of photos you want. I personally really like neutral and earthy tones, and clothing that is subtle, and not too over the top. I don’t love big logos, busy patterns, or anything that may be distracting - we can chat about this upon booking!

  • Posing and giving direction on how to pose, in my opinion, is a significant portion of being a portrait photographer! I do not normally expect my clients to pose on their own without direction. Even if we don't have a concept, or an exact plan, I will communicate as necessary to achieve the look I am going for.

  • For my wedding and portrait packages, I don't exactly charge by the hour. I more so charge by the product. When you go to a restaurant like The Keg, this would be like asking the waitress to have the chef cut the steak in half to lower the cost - some chefs will, most will not. Having worked in a kitchen before I will tell you that most items are pre-portioned and there is a lot of work that goes into this. You are also paying for the quality of the ingredients, the experience, etc.

I have calculated my rates based off of the quality of the product I know I can deliver, the experience and knowledge I have, and the experience I know I can provide you. With that said, I also believe my rates to be very competitive.

  • If I took a photograph and didn't include it in your gallery this is likely because the photograph did not meet my standards - I take quality assurance very seriously and I generally will not send any photos that do not meet my standards.
